Dino Egg Hunt

Getting the island ready…
Grown-ups

How to play Dino Egg Hunt

  1. Eggs are hiding on a little 3D island, behind trees, bushes and rocks.
  2. Swipe the island, or press the big orange arrows, to turn it and look behind things.
  3. Tap an egg to crack it open. A dinosaur hatches, says its name and stays on the island. Tap it again to make it jump.
  4. Find every egg to finish the round: three eggs, then four, then five. If an egg is hard to find, the island turns to it and the egg bounces and glows.

For grown-ups

A first 3D game: turning the island is a gentle way to practise looking from different sides and remembering where things are. Ask "Where could an egg be hiding?" and name each dinosaur as it hatches. The dinosaurs are 3D models made from the paintings in our book. There is no timer and no way to lose. Designed for ages 2 and up, with no reading, no ads and no sign-up.

Double-tap the lock to keep your child inside the Playroom. Press and hold it to unlock and reach the grown-up controls.
